Express Parts fabricates turbo manifolds and full bolt on turbo kits from 4 cylinders and rotaries right up to V8s under the brand name Quick Spool. We offer off the shelf packages for common setups and complete custom turbo manifolds and kits for all types of setups.
Our turbo manifolds are proven to achieve the results on race vehicles such as 'OKE020' which picked up 6mph after changing over to a Quick Spool turbo manifold. Not only did the top end power increase but the turbo also spooled up sooner.
Each manifold is expertly fabricated and includes:
- Custom designed for best fitment to your engine & turbo;
- The manifold is designed around a merge collector which means QUICKER spool up of your turbo which gives you more power earlier. And more TOP END POWER too!;
- CNC laser cut flanges;
- All flanges fit exactly right every time;
- Precision cut merge collector to ensure perfect merging together of the runners;
- Expertly TIG welded for extreme strength so they'll never crack;
- Flanges faced to ensure tight seal eliminating any possibility of exhaust gas leaks;
- Sandblasted inside and out to give a perfectly smooth finish;
- Coated in heat treatment exhaust paint in matt black or alternatively, we recommend they be ceramic coated.
- All manifolds come with a full 3 year guarantee against cracking or other manufacturing defects.

Rotary manifolds from $549;
4 cylinder manifolds from $999;
6 cylinder manifolds from $1,199;
V8 manifold & cross over pipe from $1,199.
We offer full drive in drive out turbo packages which can includes for all parts required for the full turbo conversion. We are also more than happy to work in with the customer if they'd like to complete the majority of the work before bringing the car to us.
We also offer full welding services of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
